Magazine loader / unloader
KNLD / KNUD series
SMEMA interface, pneumatic magazine clamp, touch-panel operation, and LED tower with buzzer.
CE and single-magazine versions available. Choose rack count and board size (S–2XL); full cover and ELS options on request.

Infeed / outfeed
Vacuum pickup / destacker / in–out feed
Vacuum pickup loader (KNVL) supports pad selection and suction-point adjustment with protective covers.
Destacker (KNDS) supports FIFO and pass mode. Infeed/outfeed units organize the line entrance and exit.

Inspection conveyor
KNWT / KNRC series
PLC control, SMEMA, pass-check mode, durable double-plate structure, smooth width adjust, and speed controller.
Easy to relocate for inspection boards or floor layout. Gate conveyors can open a walk-through path.

Link, cooling, and flip
Conveyors that connect processes
Link conveyors (belt/chain) use PLC, SMEMA, and durable plate structure. Cooling conveyors include a cooling timer and speed control.
Flip conveyors use a safe cylinder turn and shock-absorbing hold for stable board inversion.

Layout-change conveyors
Shuttle / sliding / turn
Shuttle conveyors support multi-mode board feed and lane-layout changes. Servo drive and LM guides keep noise and vibration low.
Sliding (junction) and turn/multi-turn units enable L-shaped, branch, and merge layouts.

Buffer stockers
Rack / magazine / SPI / AOI / cooling
Rack type holds up to 25 boards; magazine type uses dual clamps to reduce distortion. FIFO/LIFO, NG stock, and jam detection available.
SPI (RS-232C, good boards only to next process), AOI (soft landing, 12-board stock), and cooling buffers are also available.

Cleaning, reading, and peripherals
Brush / vacuum / scan / turntable cart
Brush cleaners remove debris with fine rollers and ionizer blow. Vacuum cleaners clean without contact.
Scan stations handle barcode reading; magazine turntable carts reduce rack-flip workload.
