Product overview
Automates UV visual environments and protects operators. Detects fine overspray that is easy to miss by eye.
White lighting enables marker/barcode recognition and component inspection. Auto teaching and one-click auto debug for coat-edge variation are included.
Inspection examples
Supports coat presence, keep-out overspray, component inspection, and polarity. Sample-board trials are available on request.




Desktop
V22XUV-520
Desktop type for high-mix, low-volume work. The inspection head drives in XY so boards stay still—suitable for heavy boards.
Inspection area 520 × 460 mm. Area sensors are standard at the board load opening. Dedicated stand is optional.

In-line
Integrate after coating; dual-side simultaneous inspection available
Place immediately after automatic coating to catch process changes early. Dual-side simultaneous inspection uses independent top/bottom drives to cut cycle time—no flipper needed.
Top-side: 350 × 250 mm or 650 × 550 mm. Dual-side: 350 × 250 mm or 550 × 550 mm. Conveyor width auto-adjust and barcode model changeover are supported.




Unit type
Mount above, below, or both on a conveyor
Use after robot transfer or retrofit to existing conveyors. I/O can start inspection and output OK/NG.


UV coating and component inspection in one unit
White lighting for component inspection and marker recognition; UV for coating inspection. Switch lighting to match the target.


Full-view images that make parts and coat areas clear
White and UV light together produce images that make non-coated areas and components easy to recognize.


Auto teaching
Scan a known-good board to build data. Coat-edge variation can auto-adjust pass criteria with one click.


Operation concept

Options
CatchSystem stores results in a database for utilization tracking and traceability. Offline teaching builds data without stopping the machine. Both require a separate PC.
