The magazine holds up to five metal masks. Load → clean (SC-AH150) → unload → magazine move repeats automatically, cutting one-by-one handling.
High-speed cleaning
From 3 minutes 30 seconds per mask
The wash section matches SC-AH150 performance. Cleans and dries 550×600 / 550×650 / 736×736 mm masks in about 3 minutes 30 seconds or more (depending on conditions). Load-to-unload transfer is about 30 seconds per mask (excluding wash time).
Integrated solution
Cleaner + mask auto changer
Combines a SAWA CLEAN stencil cleaner with the MAC5V mask auto changer. Touch-panel operation, wash-count display, and emergency stop support production-line use.
Different from SA-MAC5
Not the SC-AH100-LV retrofit option
Unlike SA-MAC5, which can be added to an SC-AH100-LV, this model is the SC-AH150 + MAC5V package—for continuous automated runs on the high-speed cleaner.
