Koh Young ZENITH—measurement-based full 3D AOI aligned with IPC-610. Less sensitive to part and board color; inspects both solder joints and components.
Product overview
2D, 2.5D, and pseudo-3D often leave false calls and escapes. ZENITH measures bodies, patterns, foreign material, and solder fillets as profilometry 3D shapes.
Strong on glossy packages and shadows from adjacent parts—easier to see low parts next to tall ones. Resolution and chassis are selectable.

Fillet height as a measured value
Measures solder-joint height and judges to IPC-610 (Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies). Pass/fail stays measurement-based even with shadow and interreflection.
