Heller Industries MK7—a convection reflow oven for high-volume SMT and semiconductor lines. Low Delta T, up to 40% less N₂, double insulation for power savings, and in-operation flux recovery in a low-height chassis. Air and N₂ capable.

A new package with reduced top-plate height for high-volume SMT and semiconductor lines.
About 160 mm shorter than the previous MK5 series, improving operator visibility and access.
Double-insulated exterior cuts reflow heat loss by 10–15%.

Low Delta T
Low-height heaters and large impeller
Thin heater modules and a large impeller improve airflow and temperature uniformity in each zone.
Lower board Delta T keeps within-board variation small even on demanding lead-free profiles.
Semicircular heaters are more rugged than before and last longer.
N₂ and power
Cut net flow—N₂ use down by up to 40%
Uniform gas management eliminates net flow in the chamber and cuts N₂ use by up to 40%.
Energy management software throttles exhaust, zone blowers, and the conveyor in idle to save power and N₂.
The new frame and insulation also reduce heat loss.
Stable board transport
Pin-support guides and rails designed for thermal expansion keep board attitude stable during transport.
Chain and mesh belt, single or dual lane. Width adjust is motorized; lubrication is automatic.
Conveyor speed 250–1,880 mm/min with low vibration and high parallelism.

Heller’s high-efficiency flux recovery unit
To minimize flux buildup in the oven, the number of recovery units can be selected based on solder usage.

High-insulation structure
Proprietary high-insulation construction reduces HVAC load around the oven.


Vacuum option
Vacuum module when void-free soldering is required
MK7 is air/N₂ convection reflow. When peak-zone vacuum is required, we recommend the MK5 vacuum reflow.
