Case study 1
SMT|Replacing an aging PSA
Replaced ~20-year-old third-party PSAs with two KN4-60NSP-Pro units—higher nitrogen output plus major cuts in electricity and footprint.
Legacy: about 105 Nm³/h and 112 kW total → NSP-Pro: 120 Nm³/h and 59 kW. Output +15 Nm³/h; footprint cut by over ~40% per unit (also large annual power savings at 8 h/day, 20 days/month).

SMT|Adding reflow capacity
A reflow expansion looked short on nitrogen, but updating one existing unit to KN4-60NSP-Pro covered the added demand.
Legacy: 99.99%, 40 Nm³/h (37 kW compressor) → NSP-Pro: 99.99%, 60 Nm³/h (22 kW). 1.5× output and one compressor size down.

Heat treatment|Switching from liquid N₂
Liquid-nitrogen (tanker) price rises led to KN4-100NSP-Pro installs at overseas and domestic plants after verifying PSA nitrogen (N₂+Ar) had no product impact.
Most running cost is compressor electricity. A one-size-smaller compressor vs. peers drove the choice. No tanker receiving; nitrogen supply stays in-house.
